Application for Enrollment
To secure a space and enroll on a Global Works program, you may download the Application for Enrollment
here. Note that space is limited and some trips have historically filled in January. Call for availability before sending your application after the New Year.
Enrollment Process
Once your completed application has been received and we have established an open space on one of your preferred programs, you will be
immediately contacted. Your confirmation letter will include verification of your program status and an airline reservation form. Feel free to call us to confirm your position as well. We
encourage communication with our staff here in the home office. We are happy to help you with any questions you might have.
March Mailing
In early spring you will receive a mailing with general program overviews, travel procedures, packing lists, homestay information
form, medical forms, and immunization information. (These forms may be downloaded here as well.) You will also receive a tuition invoice; tuitions are due April 1st
June Mailing
A final mailing will follow in early June. This mailing will include the names and contact information of your fellow travelers,
staff descriptions and contact information, a detailed itinerary and project descriptions, final airport procedures, in-country contact information, and any last minute packing tips and travel information.
Program leaders will also call participants and families in the weeks prior to the program's departure to introduce
themselves and answer any final questions you might have.
